Vatta's War

I've been a very bad blogger lately. You would not believe the number of books I've got waiting to be read. It's crazy. There's about 7 pages worth on my Kindle plus the books I picked up at my school library. Plus, I've got the new Rick Riordan sitting on the shelf. I want to re-read the first two in his Roman gods series before I read Mark of Athena. 

Since I've got so many books that I need to read, I decided to take a little mental vacation. Do not think this means I haven't been reading. Of course I have. I just decided to re-read a series. I picked up all the books from Half-Price books. 

The series is called "Vatta's War" and it is by Elizabeth Moon. I love this series because it is science fiction and the main character is a girl. A girl named Kylara who gets kicked out of the Spaceforce Academy only to wind up captain of a spaceship thanks to her family's cargo hauling business. Very fun, enjoyable read. My dad even liked it.
